PRIVACY POLICY

How we handle the information you share with us

This policy explains what personal data EnaGuard collects through this website, why we collect it, how it's used, and the rights you have over it. EnaGuard is operated by Projera; the two share this policy. Last updated: July 2026.

This policy covers www.enaguard.com: visiting the site, submitting the contact form, and downloading gated resources such as the Executive Guide. It does not cover the information exchanged during an active assessment engagement, which is governed by the separate engagement agreement signed with Projera and includes its own confidentiality terms.

WHAT WE COLLECT

Only what a form on this site actually asks for

Contact form

Organization name, industry, deployment model, your role, full name, work email, phone (optional), and any note you add, submitted when you request a discovery call.

Executive Guide download

Full name, work email, organization, and role, submitted when you request the free Executive Guide PDF.

Automatically collected

Standard technical data any web server logs: IP address, browser and device type, and pages visited. Used for security and basic traffic understanding, not for advertising profiles.

HOW WE USE IT

What each submission is actually for

Respond to your inquiry and evaluate whether an EnaGuard assessment fits your organization's situation.

Send the specific resource you requested (for example, the Executive Guide PDF) and occasional relevant follow-up; you can opt out of the latter at any time.

Understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can keep it accurate and useful.

We do not sell your data. Form submissions are processed by EnaGuard and Projera and by the service providers we use to run this site (such as hosting and email delivery), under confidentiality obligations. Consistent with EnaGuard's independence principle, information submitted through this site is never shared with the technology vendors or providers an assessment might later evaluate.

RETENTION & YOUR RIGHTS

Data retention and your rights (GDPR / KVKK)

Retention

We keep form submissions only as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, or as required by law, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you're located, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and to object to or withdraw consent for its use. Contact us to exercise any of these.

Cookies

This site does not currently use advertising or tracking cookies. If that changes, this policy will be updated first and a consent mechanism will be added.

International transfers. Depending on our hosting and service providers, data may be processed in countries other than your own, including Türkiye; we require appropriate safeguards from any processor we use.

Security. We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data you share with us, though no system is completely risk-free.

Children. This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at children; we do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Changes to this policy. We'll update the "last updated" date above and post material changes here.
