We make pricing visible without committing before scope is clear
EnaGuard pricing depends on product layer, operating model, evidence access, scope boundary, QA depth, and reporting claim. The ranges on this page are shared for budget planning; they are not a quote, minimum price, or commercial commitment.
Price follows the claim, not the other way around.
Budget bands are useful only after the decision need, evidence depth, and delivery model are named. The first conversation narrows that scope before a proposal exists.
No paid assessment starts from a call alone.
Assumptions, delivery model, timeline, and commercial terms are agreed first.
If the budget tightens, the population or module narrows; the method and claim discipline do not weaken.
Budget planning bands for Signal, Focus, and Verify
Ranges are shown as Delivered-model references. They are EUR-based and exclude VAT, travel, and per diem costs. The actual proposal depends on scope, evidence access, countries or business units, modules, and delivery timing.

Price is shaped by how the work is performed, not only by product layer
Delivered
EnaGuard Consultants perform the work. Independent opinion, report language, QA, and evidence discipline are preserved most strongly.
Co-source
Client teams take on part of the field effort; EnaGuard keeps responsibility for methodology, control interpretation, technical depth, and QA. It is typically scoped at about 60-75% of the Delivered budget.
Licensed
A separate licensing model for internal use of methodology and workbooks. Third-party service delivery or repackaging the methodology is outside scope.
As scope grows, we keep the cost drivers visible

Proposal-basedSix variables drive the commercial scope
Product layer
Signal, Focus, and Verify carry different evidence depth, QA effort, and claim boundaries.
Operating model
Delivered, Co-source, and Licensed change who performs the work and how independence is protected.
Evidence readiness
Pricing changes when evidence is already organized versus dispersed across teams, tools, and owners.
Scope boundary
A single AI system, a risk theme, a business unit, or an enterprise population creates different effort.
Claim language
The stronger the intended claim, the more sampling, challenge, revalidation, and QA discipline is needed.
Delivery urgency
Timeline, stakeholder availability, language needs, and reporting cadence can change delivery design.
We keep the line between transparency and commitment clear
No price promise
The amounts on this page are not a binding proposal, minimum fee, discount, or fixed commercial term.
No automatic purchase
A discovery call does not create an obligation to buy, continue, or start a paid assessment.
No negotiation on claim level
Verify gates, QA, challenge, and evidence-chain discipline cannot be weakened; only the population in scope can be narrowed.
We can start with a budget estimate; a proposal needs scope
In the first conversation, we clarify the right EnaGuard layer, operating model, and evidence depth before any commercial proposal is prepared.
